Why this role matters
As a ‘full stack’ Product Marketing Manager working on end-to-end campaigns, you’ll lead the charge in making Shiftbase’s products successful in Dutch and English-speaking markets. From crafting impactful go-to-market strategies to driving adoption through innovative campaigns, you’ll be at the center of our mission to grow Shiftbase into Europe’s leading workforce management solution.
What you’ll do
Strategise & execute go-to-market plans
- Translate company objectives into clear go-to-market strategies for product launches.
- Collaborate across Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to deliver seamless launches and ensure alignment.
Create winning content & campaigns
- Develop compelling, audience-specific content in native-level Dutch and near-native English.
- Lead multi-channel campaigns (email, in-app messaging) to drive product adoption and track performance metrics for optimization.
Understand the market
- Conduct competitive research and elevate customer insights into the realm of product positioning and messaging.
- Use data and feedback to continually improve marketing effectiveness and differentiation.
Bridge teams for success
- Align cross-functional teams on product marketing initiatives, ensuring clarity and focus across the business.
- Develop strategic documentation and internal communications that empower others to deliver consistent messaging.
What we’re looking for
Must-haves:
- Fluency in Dutch (native-level speaking and writing) and English (near-native proficiency).
- A knack for crafting brilliant messaging all through the marketing funnel into the product.
- 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing (ideally in product marketing, growth, or lifecycle marketing).
- Proven ability to execute lifecycle marketing campaigns and track performance metrics.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, strategic and proactive mindset.
Nice-to-haves:
- Experience in HR tech, hospitality tech, or fintech.
- Familiarity with programmatic communication tools like Customer.io.
- Experience leading cross-functional projects or initiatives.
