As a customer support specialist, you will be part of our ambitious and dynamic service desk team. You will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone. Additionally, you will assist new customers in setting up their Shiftbase accounts. The goal is to think solution-oriented and offer advice on how best to utilize Shiftbase.
