Over the past few years, we have developed a robust product that simplifies digital workforce management across various customer segments.

As a market leader in the Netherlands we have begun to expand into the German region over the last three years. Our dedicated team is based in Zoetermeer and has been performing exceptionally well. Thanks to our success in the German region in recent years, we would be delighted for you to become part of our customer support team.

What Will You Do?

As a customer support specialist, you will be part of our ambitious and dynamic service desk team. You will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone. Additionally, you will assist new customers in setting up their Shiftbase accounts. The goal is to think solution-oriented and offer advice on how best to utilize Shiftbase.

Job Requirements

You possess:

  • A secondary education level of working and thinking
  • The ability to empathize with a customer’s perspective and provide tailored advice
  • A proactive work style and the ability to work independently and take responsibility
  • A fit within a young, professional, and ambitious company
  • Excellent knowledge of the German language in spoken and written form
  • English speaking is an advantage, and Dutch is a bonus but not required
